Entrance Control

• Entry through turnstiles is carried out using a facial recognition system.
• Access is granted only to individuals registered in the school database: students, teachers, and staff.
• Visitors must register in a special logbook with their full name, phone number, and time of visit.
• Large bags are checked with a metal detector at the entrance.

Video surveillance

• The school is equipped with 250 video cameras, connected to the Central Operations Center of the Almaty Police Department. The footage is displayed on a video wall in the Central Monitoring Station (CMS).
• Cameras cover all floors and the entire outer perimeter of the school.
• Video records are stored for a long period, with a dedicated monitor for reviewing archived footage.

Emergency Safety

• About 400 fire detectors are installed on all floors.
• When one detector is triggered, a visual signal is sent to the CMS.
• If two or more detectors are triggered, an audible alarm is activated, all entrance doors open automatically, and evacuation begins.

Threat Response

• The school is equipped with 4 panic buttons: if any are activated, an armed rapid response team arrives on site within 10 minutes.

Security team

Security services are provided by Zhаubasar Security LLP.

• The team consists of 16 professional staff members.
• There are 4 round-the-clock security posts:
  • Main entrance
  • Parking entry
  • Service gates
  • CMS (Central Monitoring Station)
• Additionally, 2 daytime posts operate from 07:00 to 19:00.
• All posts are equipped with internal communication and operational communication tools.

Technical maintenance of cameras, fire systems, and access control systems is carried out by PRO Montage (sole proprietorship).

Inspection of primary fire extinguishing equipment and fire hydrants is conducted by Fire Audit Service LLP.
